Can I tailor my proposal package?

We ensure every proposal is personalized and customized to you and your partner’s likes. If you have a request to tailor the package we are happy to enhance your package.

What if it’s raining on the special day?

The weather can really place a damper on your proposal day, especially if you have a champagne island package.

When organizing the package we will always ensure we have provided an alternative in the case of bad weather.

What if she says no?

Our job is to help you to provide the perfect backdrop to your special proposal day. Unfortunately we cannot ensure she will say yes.

Am I able to contact you when I need?

We are your 24/7 concierge romance service. We are always here to answer your calls, emails and open to meetings as long as efficient notice has been given.

I have decided to pull out of the proposal Is the deposit refundable?

All 14 day deposits & Blue prints are non-refundable and non-amendable.

I have purchased a Blue Print and decide i’m not going ahead with the proposal. Is this refundable?

Unfortunately as we have created a blue print for you and customised this itinerary based on your individual personalities this is non-refundable from the moment you receive the blue print. If you wish to amend the itinerary we can make 2 x changes to the blue print included in the price. If you have paid and have not received the Blue Print we are happy to refund you.

What if I’m not happy with the vendor you have selected?

Due to our great industry contacts, we ensure to find you the best vendor at the best price. If there is a vendor you would prefer to use, please let us know and we can make the arrangements for you.
